These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including our AI-powered crypto agents, educational content, and other services. By accessing or using CAL, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Property Rights

All content and materials on the CAL platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and code, are the property of Crypto Agent Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any of the content or materials on the CAL platform without the express written permission of Crypto Agent Labs, operated by CAL AI, LLC.

Prohibited Activities

  • Interfere with or disrupt the CAL platform or servers or networks connected to the CAL platform.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the CAL platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the CAL platform.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the CAL platform, the server on which the CAL platform is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the CAL platform.
  • Attack the CAL platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the CAL platform.

Services Management

Crypto Agent Labs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the CAL platform or services at any time without notice. Crypto Agent Labs may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the CAL platform or services without notice or liability.

No Warranties

The CAL platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Crypto Agent Labs does not warrant that the CAL platform or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the CAL platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Crypto Agent Labs be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the CAL platform or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if crypto agent labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to all information generated by CAL, whether such information originates from ai models or user inputs. You acknowledge that CAL is an ai-powered tool and that its outputs may not always be accurate or complete. You agree to use CAL at your own risk and to independently verify any information generated by CAL before making any investment decisions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Crypto Agent Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the CAL platform or services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

Strict Policy Against Infringement and Reverse Engineering

Crypto Agent Labs has a strict policy against infringement and reverse engineering of its platform. You agree not to:

  • Infringe upon any of Crypto Agent Labs intellectual property rights, including but not limited to its copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the CAL platform or any part thereof.
  • Use any automated means to access or extract data from the CAL platform.
  • Circumvent any technological measures employed by Crypto Agent Labs to protect the CAL platform.

Copyright Infringement

Crypto Agent Labs will take legal action against anyone who infringes upon its copyright rights. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Crypto Agent Labs with the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the CAL platform.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Governing Law
